Carlos, and Karla García, of Guatemala share their life in missions with their beautiful family: Andrea, Carlos David, and Elian , here at YWAM Guatemala City. Carlos and Karla completed their DTS here at YWAM Guatemala City and have shared 20 years together serving in ministry together. As well as serving as Base Director, Carlos serves in the transportation, maintenance, and Public Relations departments while Karla serves in the Finances, Generations, and Communications departments.

 Carlos vision in working in YWAM Guatemala is to see children and youth having a personal relationship with Jesus, complementing Karla’s vision to encourage and help people encounter their specific calling in the Kingdom of God. Together in their journey, Carlos and Karla have completed the Discipleship Training School, the Bible School for the Nations and The School of the Bible.

 At their heart of their story is the desire to continue growing in their relationship with God, to continue to disciple their own children to have a personal relationship with Jesus; as well as, to have the opportunities to reach others so that they might know Jesus, have a relationship, and encounter and complete their own specific calling in the Kingdom of God through Christ Jesus.
